Approve Content

When content is added to the site, it will have to be approved before it can be published to "go live". 

Ensure your content is approved. Please remember that even after your content is approved, that content will only be visible on the live website after the next publish run (typically within 4 hours).

Content status color code is as follows:

• To approve a piece of content, click on the button and then click on Edit. The following sample window will open displaying the content. You may review the content for grammar and factual accuracy.
• Upon completion, instead of clicking the Save Changes button, click on the rightmost button with a small white arrow pointing down. Two additional options will pop up as shown above: Save as Draft and Save and approve.
• Only approved content will be visible when the sites are published as per the publishing schedules.
