Please note a booking is not confirmed until an application form has been submitted and an Agreement of Lease drawn up and signed by both parties.( A deposit or the full payment may also be required to confirm the booking).

  • The Daily rate covers an eight hour day which must include a minimum of one and a half hour break for the venue staff.
  • The Weekly rate is for a booking from Monday to Saturday and covers fourty hours for the week. Additional hours will be charged accordingly.
  • Unfortunately we will not be able to accomodate events that continue through the night as we cannot go over the set times regulated by the University.

How to Book a Venue

  • Check availability of venue with the Admin Secretary.
  • Request an application form, have it filled in and submitted asap.
  • A signed Lease Agreement will then be emailed to you with fees payable.
  • Sign and return a copy of the Lease Agreement, together with proof of payment. Your booking is then confirmed.
  • Only EFT and cash deposits will be accepted. Reference should be the name of the organisation/department/name of representative.
