Activation Requests

To kick-start your activation journey, simply complete the Activation Request form below. Once submitted to Promotions.DLU@wits.ac.za, our team will promptly respond with a quote.

Only complete the Customer Application form if you have not previously received an invoice from the University. This form helps allocate you a unique Customer Number.

Please note that the figures outlined in the Rate Card below are estimations and not final charges.
