Resetting your Password

To make use of the password self-service, you must first register.

Remember to reset your password, you have to follow a two step process:

1. Register for password self-service
2. Reset your password

To register for password self-service you need to know your current password and have a local mobile number. If you are not sure whether you have registered before, it is fine to do this step more than once.
