Starting with volume 50 in 2016, all authors retain copyright to their original work that is published in the journal.
Taxonomy
Nomenclatural acts published in Palaeontologia africana must be prepared in accordance with the guidelines of the appropriate taxonomic association (e.g., ICZN), and if possible registered in an appropriate online database. Currently, we register new nomenclatural acts for authors of zoological manuscripts at Zoobank.
