She has an interest in all aspects of Paediatric Neurology but particularly epilespy and neonatal neurology She is a founder member and current chairperson of Paediatric Neurology and Neurodevelopment Association of Southern Africa. She is a founder member and current secretary of the African Child Neurology Association She is chairperson of the Epileptic Society of South Africa (ILAE-SA Chapter) She is a member of the International Child Neurology Association and serves on the selections committee.. She is co-chair of ICNC 2024 bid committee where the conference was awarded to South Africa She has convened, moderated and examined in the Certificate of Paediatric Neurology and was part of the currciculum development She has organized and been part of faculty for many Paediatric Epilepsy Training courses in South Africa as well as Namibia, Kenya and Mauritius She is a reviewer for many journals Qualifications MBBC (Wits) MMed Paeds (Wits) FCPaed (SA)
