Nosisa is a Paediatric Infectious Diseases subspecialist based at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital (CHBAH), Soweto.
She heads the Paediatric Infectious Subspecialty, as well as the Harriet Shezi Paediatric Antiretroviral Therapy Clinic at CHBAH.
She is passionate about health systems strengthening.

Clinical Duties

In-patient: Consult on infectious diseases/ primary immunodeficiency/ infection prevention and control-related cases. Cover general paediatric ward admissions
Outpatient: see patients at Harriet Shezi Children’s Clinic. Special interests are neonatal ART; virologic failure; diagnostic challenges and HIV drug resistance
