Dr Rowe is interested in aspects pertaining to the loss of immunity against vaccine-preventable diseases and the process of immune system restoration following chemotherapy for solid and haematologic malignancies in the South African child with consideration of unique comorbidities. Critical care management of the paediatric oncology patient in a resource-limited setting with restricted access to intensive care facilities.
